Your website should load quickly, make your offer clear and be found - and, of course, convert visitors. I analyse existing sites, optimise them for traditional search engines and AI search, and handle updates or a new build.
I help bring more people to your website and make your offer convincing, so visitors can become customers.
Make an enquiryWhere are the technical weaknesses, what slows the site down and which information is missing? I examine the agreed pages and document strengths, problems and opportunities with evidence you can follow.
You choose the breadth and depth: selected topics, key pages or a comprehensive examination of the agreed website scope. The analysis is also available as a standalone service.
I use custom skills and AI-assisted review workflows. Findings are checked against their supporting evidence and personally reviewed.
Availability, redirects, HTTPS, security policies and broken pages. The review identifies technical weaknesses visible with the agreed access and where further investigation is needed.
Loading speed, images, video, scripts, transferred data and layout stability on mobile and desktop. Measurements taken at different times help put variation into context and identify specific opportunities for a more efficient, faster website.
Navigation, forms, keyboard controls, visible focus, contrast and clear labels. I test the agreed pages and interaction states at different screen widths.
The technical privacy review covers GDPR-related aspects: cookies, browser storage, external services, data transfers and behaviour before and after consent. Observed activity is compared with the information in the privacy notice.
This is a technical and content review. It does not replace legal advice or guarantee legal compliance.
Is your offer clear, are claims supported and can visitors find what they need to make a decision? Relevant competitor sites are compared through specific content and functions. Documented differences and similarities inform recommendations for your own pages.
A clear report with evidenced strengths and weaknesses, prioritised actions and the limits of the review. An in-depth analysis also includes exact target pages and insertion points, specific recommendations and guidance on implementing the proposed corrections and additions.
On request, you receive a structured implementation package with individual tasks and supporting evidence, also suitable for further work with AI tools. I can implement the changes, or you can pass the findings to your current agency or development team.
The starting point is your field of work: the services, terms and questions potential customers search for. I use these to select relevant keywords and examine how your website and competitors appear for those topics.
The aim is for potential customers to find your website when they search for your services. Traditional search results and AI-generated search answers are investigated separately.
I review technical indexability, page titles and descriptions, site structure, internal links and structured data. This includes samples of actual search results for the selected terms and comparisons with the competitors appearing there.
The findings become specific recommendations: which existing pages need more information, where keywords and explanations belong, and when an additional page serves a distinct purpose. Suitable Search Console data can also reveal indexing status, search queries and changes in visibility.
Which providers and sources appear when someone uses AI to search for your services and areas of work? I investigate selected keywords and related search questions without including your company name, for example when searching through Google’s AI or ChatGPT. The systems actually accessible and tested, and the queries used, are documented.
I compare the competitors named and linked in those answers with your website: which relevant information, explanations and evidence do they provide, and what can inform your own content? I also review search access, the availability of key content and the consistency of your business identity.
You receive recommendations for the analysed website with exact target URLs, insertion points and proposed changes. These may include clearer service descriptions, answers to specific decision questions, documented project examples or technical corrections. Each action has a rationale and priority.
I can implement the agreed changes and verify their technical delivery and affected functions. A later review compares suitable time periods and the same keywords or AI search questions.
Google rankings, a particular frequency of visibility, and mentions, links or recommendations in AI answers cannot be guaranteed. The results can, however, be measured. If you wish, I regularly review how your visibility develops and make further improvements. I document every change so you know exactly what has been done.
Improve an existing website or create a new one: design, content and technology follow your offer, your audience and the functions you need.
We first examine what can stay: copy, images, the domain, functions and useful content. This informs the agreed improvements to design, usability, speed and search visibility. Whether to update the site or rebuild its technical foundation depends on its current state.
For WordPress sites, I only reuse content such as text and images in a newly developed website. I do not update, maintain or optimise the existing WordPress installation. An analysis of the public website is available.
Existing page addresses and links are considered during a move. A rebuild does not normally require a new domain.
The design follows your ideas. If you do not yet have a specific direction in mind, your existing branding provides the foundation. If there is no branding yet, we first develop a suitable visual identity and build the website around it.
Site structure, copy and design work together. I consider how people perceive information, develop trust and make decisions, including through unconscious impressions. Content and contact options are worded and placed so visitors understand your offer and can easily find the next step. The aim is to turn interest into enquiries and new customers.
A company website, landing page or a site with several content pages: requirements guide the structure, design and implementation. The foundations for traditional SEO and AI search optimisation are planned as part of the build.
I work with current web standards and build websites with Astro or Next.js, depending on the project. Astro can generate lightweight pages in advance, loading JavaScript only where it is needed. This supports fast loading and reduces the work required on visitors’ devices. An editorial interface for updating your own content can still be included.
For more interactive websites, such as those with customer accounts or booking features, Next.js provides a flexible foundation. Content can be prepared on the server and combined with interactive features in the browser. This allows the website to grow with your needs while keeping as much processing as possible off visitors’ devices. The choice follows your requirements.
We agree which text, images and pages you want to update yourself. A suitable editorial interface can be tailored to those tasks.
The domain, hosting, external services and ongoing support belong in the agreed project scope. Recurring costs depend on the chosen solution.

Explore this projectWe agree in advance which pages and topics to review. You can focus on loading speed, usability or search visibility, or commission a comprehensive analysis. You receive evidence-based findings and specific recommendations for the next steps.
I can start by examining the public website without internal access. Reviewing search accounts, internal settings or private areas requires appropriate access or exports. We clarify this in advance for the agreed scope.
Yes. You can commission the analysis separately and pass the results on. If needed, I prepare the recommendations with exact pages, insertion points and individual tasks for your agency or developers.
Yes. When I build your new website, suitable text, images and other content from your existing WordPress site can be reused. I do not take over the existing WordPress installation for updates, maintenance or optimisation. A separate analysis of your WordPress website is still available.
Yes, if we include an editorial interface. We agree which content you want to maintain yourself. You receive an introduction and the agreed instructions for using it.
A new build does not normally require a new domain. We review domain access, hosting and existing page addresses. Existing links are taken into account during a move.
That depends on the service and scope. A focused analysis, improvements to individual pages and a complete new build can involve very different amounts of work, so there is no single price that fits every project. Get in touch and we can discuss what you need. Once we have clarified the requirements and scope, I will prepare a free cost estimate.
Tell me briefly what you have in mind, even if it's still fuzzy. I'll get back to you within 48 hours.
