Freelancer or large business
Every website should be individually designed and structured around you and what you offer. The packages differ in page scope. For more than six content subpages, I prepare an individual quote.
You can update agreed content, such as text and images, yourself using a suitable content management system (CMS). Setup is already included in your website package. If you would rather have someone handle changes for you, I’m happy to do so through the optional monthly website care plan.

Included in every package
- Custom design, built to be responsive across computers, tablets and smartphones
- A static website, for example built with Astro or Next.js, with an editing interface that suits you
- Technical and content foundations for search engines and AI search
- Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools and analytics setup to measure website visits and contact enquiries
- Together, we review your website and make adjustments within the agreed scope until you are happy with the result. We discuss additional pages, new features or major changes to the agreed concept separately and set out the scope and costs in an additional quote.

Page scope
Each content page, including the home page: up to 8 sections and 1,500 words. An imprint and privacy page are included in addition, exempt from these limits, using your details and supplied legal texts.
What monthly website care includes
- Technical care for the website I set up, including necessary maintenance and security updates and fixing technical problems. This work does not count towards your allowance for content changes.
- Monthly functionality checks, for example of navigation, links and the contact form.
- A brief update on completed work and any further action needed.
Content changes include image replacements, short text edits and updates to contact details or opening hours. You provide the text and images.
New subpages, extensive copywriting, larger design changes and new features are agreed separately. For exceptionally time-consuming technical repairs or special technical work, we agree the scope and additional costs in advance.
The monthly care price depends on your website’s scope and features and the number of content changes you need.

You can add SEO and GEO optimisation to a website build. Alongside monthly website care, you can also book ongoing SEO and GEO support with regular analysis and agreed optimisation work.

Need a private customer area, booking features or a custom shop? I plan a dedicated website project with you.
The starting price is for the complete website project. I calculate the final total based on the agreed features. We agree integrations and the timeline before work begins.

How I build your website
Plan your website together
We discuss the pages and content you need, what you want to update yourself and which features your website should have. You receive a quote with the agreed scope and any additional costs.
Start and first version
Once you approve the quote and pay the 50% deposit, I design the site and show you a first version.
Review
Together, we review your website and make adjustments within the agreed scope until you are happy with the result. With all materials supplied and prompt feedback, I usually allow around 2 to 4 weeks for a project like this.
Acceptance and handover
I publish the website after your acceptance. The remaining 50% is due after acceptance. I show you how to update content and hand over the source code, short guide and agreed access details.
What we agree before starting
Discuss your website projectWebsite packages are based on the text and images you supply and any existing branding. The exact page scope, editable content and additional services are set out in the quote.
Domain registration, hosting, email and external services may have recurring costs, which we discuss in advance and then list in the quote. A monthly maintenance package is optional and available if you want one. Without a care plan, we agree necessary updates and later changes separately if needed.
Make your offer easy to understand
We start with the people you want to reach: what are they looking for, what do they need to know and why should they choose your business? This guides the structure and design.
You can commission a new website or have your current site rebuilt. A rebuild updates the structure, technology and presentation. Your familiar design and any content or images that still fit can be retained.
Plan for visibility and enquiries from the start
Clear content, a logical structure, mobile usability and fast loading are part of the planning. Technical SEO and GEO foundations are considered during development.
Visitors should understand your offer, build confidence and find a useful next step. Ongoing SEO and GEO work after launch can be agreed separately.
AI features when they help your website
A suitable search feature or assistant can help visitors find information and orient themselves. We first establish the task it should perform and whether it makes sense for your website.
The addition is planned separately within the website project. We clarify features, data handling and possible running costs before implementation.

Are your websites affected by the current PHP security vulnerabilities?
The static websites in my website packages run without a PHP runtime. The critical PHP vulnerabilities disclosed on 21 October 2026 therefore do not directly affect this PHP-free setup.
I take care of appropriate safeguards for hosting, the content management system and additional features while building your website. After launch, I can also handle regular technical maintenance, security updates and technical issues through the optional monthly website care plan.
What happens if a new security vulnerability is discovered in the technologies you use?
As soon as I become aware of a relevant security vulnerability, I check which of the websites I have built are affected. I contact the affected clients directly and agree the necessary steps with them so the vulnerability can be fixed as quickly as possible.
If a security update is not yet available, I assess suitable temporary safeguards. I consider the entire technology setup, including the website, content management system and additional features.
Can the new website look like my current one?
Yes. If you like your current visual identity, I can use it as the starting point for a rebuild. We agree what to keep and where the structure, usability or technology should improve.
Does an existing website always need a rebuild?
No. Where the existing foundation is suitable, targeted improvements are an alternative. Website analysis and SEO/GEO optimisation are also available for existing systems such as WordPress or Wix. We check access and technical possibilities first.
Are SEO and GEO included in a website build?
Technical and content foundations for search engines and AI search are included in the described website package. Ongoing analysis and optimisation after launch are separate services.
Can I edit text and images myself?
Yes. The agreed content areas receive an appropriate editing interface. We decide in advance which content you want to manage, and you receive an introduction and the agreed documentation.
Can an AI feature be added?
Yes, where it serves a useful purpose on your website, such as contextual search or an assistant. Features, data handling and possible running costs are agreed separately.
